Senior Pastor

Pastor Kevin Fenster graduated from Seattle University in 1993 with a BA in Psychology and Addiction Studies. He was a Network Systems Administrator for a Seattle based law firm when, in 2004, his family moved to St. Louis, MO to attend Concordia Seminary. In 2008, he received his first call to Immanuel Lutheran in Sandy, OR where he served until November 2020. As a pastor, he prays, reads, writes, and talks with people. He loves working with his wife, Deann, on home and garden projects, and sharing life following Jesus with her and their children and families. He enjoys playing guitar, ukulele and singing songs. He began serving Living Savior on December 1, 2020.

Associate Pastor

Pastor Phil Alexander graduated from Baldwin-Wallace University in 1971 with a degree in Spanish Language Education. He worked for many years in sales and marketing for Monsanto’s Engineering Thermoplastics Division prior to entering Concordia Seminary in Ft. Wayne, graduating in 1997.  He has served churches in Ohio, Florida and New England where he retired in 2016 and moved with wife Cheryl to be near their grandchildren. Pastor Alexander was called to serve Living Savior in 2017 as an assistant pastor. The Alexander’s have three children:  James, in Massachusetts, Justin, in Maine, Nicole, in Lake Oswego.

Interim Youth Leader

Lindsay Almquist has been a member of Living Savior since her Baptism and grew up in our youth program.  She recently graduated from George Fox with a BA in Christian Ministries: Youth Ministry.   Her passion for youth ministries and her love for Living Savior make her a valuable part of the ministry team.  Lindsay began her work here on September 1, 2020 and has been connecting with the youth of Living Savior with regular Zoom Sunday night meetings.
