Men’s Group
The Men’s Group has been in existence for more than 20 years offering a bi-monthly Bible & Book study along with serving and hosting several work and fellowship events during the year.
Who: Open to men of all ages.
When: Usually the First & Third Saturdays of each month at 7:00 am in the Living Savior Lutheran Church Fellowship Hall
Why: To have breakfast, fellowship and study what it means to be men in today’s world. Men (2 per Saturday) sign up to cook breakfast several times a year
Funding: We are a self-supporting group and have a volunteer donation of one dollar at each breakfast.
Service Projects and Events: Events have included:
Hosting the Ash Wednesday Pancake Dinner
Yearly Retreats to the coast or Bend
Helping to cook meals for VBS
Hosting the Octoberfest Event
Hosting the Congregational Picnic
Building the mower shed
Living Savior site clean-up projects
